Orange County Therapy Services is one of the largest providers of pediatric Occupational and Physical therapy services in Orange County.  Located in South Orange County just minutes from the beach, we offer excellent compensation and a fun work environment.  In addition:

We are committed to providing our professional staff with flexible scheduling options.  You choose how many hours you want to work each week.  We can accommodate schedules of 16 to 40 hours. 

If you work 20 or more hours per week, we offer health coverage and a time off compensation package designed to fit your preferred schedule.  

We offer on-going in-service training as well as training designed to help you meet your continuing education requirements. 

An enhanced rate is paid for all school based treatment sessions.  (We do not offer home based treatment.)

Occupational Therapists/C.O.T.A.

Most of our therapists work a mix of clinic and school-based clients.  On average the ratio of school to clinic based clients is currently approximately 70/30.  We make sure that COTAs receive the support that they deserve while providing our OTRs the opportunity to gain experience in supervision and mentoring.

Physical Therapists/PTAs

The typical workload of our Physical Therapist/PTA is about evenly split between school and clinic based clients.  Since we provide contract services for one of the largest Independent Practice Associations in the county, a typical physical therapists caseload is likely to contain a number of infants as well as school aged children.

While we employ a large number of very experienced therapists, therapists who are interested in making the transition to pediatrics as well as highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
